The SCP01 pressure sensor is designed according to industrial requirements and is used in control, regulation, and monitoring systems. It is characterized by its compact design, high linearity, and excellent interference resistance. Thanks to its fast response time, it is also suitable for rapid control solutions. The compact stainless steel housing is ideally suited for harsh environmental conditions. All components in contact with the medium are made of stainless steel, and the welded thin-film measuring cell ensures optimal material compatibility. The electronics are encapsulated to protect against vibration damage and moisture.
For precise pressure measurement and to avoid disturbances, an EDM bore is integrated. This minimizes cavitation caused by air and contaminants, preventing pressure spikes and surges from affecting the measuring cell.
This product is ideal for continuous use in hydraulic applications due to its long service life, high accuracy, reliability, and robust stainless steel construction.
