Visual fluid level indication in hydraulic tanks, up to 2 bar / 29 PSI pressure.
Nominal Sizes and Design
7 nominal sizes from 76 mm / 2.99 in to 381 mm / 15.00 in. Display is continuous (SNA-076 ... 176) or divided into two (SNA-254) or three segments (SNA-305 and SNA-381).
Media Compatibility
Suitable for mineral and petroleum-based hydraulic fluids (HL and HLP).
Materials
Housing: St 12 steel, black powder-coated. Sight tube and plugs: polyamide (PA). Seals: NBR (Buna-N®). Scale base: PVC.
Alternative materials for individual components (sight glass, housing, seals, screws) available on request for improved UV or chemical resistance, low-temperature applications down to -50°C / -58 °F, and for special media.
Technical Specifications
IP 65 protection: Dust-tight and protected against water jets. Operating temperature range: -30 °C ... +80 °C / -22 °F ... +176 °F. Recommended tightening torque: 8 N·m / 5.9 ft·lb.
Accessories / Options
Red / blue capillary tube thermometers, temperature display range up to +80 °C / +180 °F. Dial thermometers with probe and Celsius or dual Celsius / Fahrenheit scale, temperature display range up to +100 °C / +200 °F. Thermal switches, temperature sensors, float ball, Deutsch adapter cable.
