Description
The PT filter has an aluminium filter head and screw-on filter elements. The element is made with an inside-to-outside flow design that prevents re-contamination of the hydraulic system. Parker's design ensures filtration quality, making the PT an excellent value for money.
The PT series filter is available in a variety of sizes that cover flow rates of up to 400 l/min. The microfibre filter media is available in 2, 5, 10 and 20 micron versions, ensuring efficient particle removal. The disposable filter cartridge is one-piece, has a nylon cover and a built-in 1.7 bar bypass valve. The filter element has an internally outward-flowing design and does not require any special tools for maintenance.
Its unique design allows the filter element to be easily screwed into a threaded tank ring that can be attached to a metal tank. This ensures minimal installation costs and requires little space for return line applications. It also provides the option to use the filter element as a screw-style element for copolymer tanks.
