The mounting clamps can be used with all types of batteries. The safe design allows for independent installation during setups.
The rubber insert serves to reduce mechanical vibrations, compensate for manufacturing tolerances, and resist external stresses on the connections.
The C90 type clamp has a one-piece design with a central screw. All other types feature a two-piece design, which facilitates installation and removal while improving the strength-to-weight ratio. Two clamps or one clamp and one support bracket are recommended for longer batteries.
Construction
The clamps are made of zinc-coated carbon steel for corrosion resistance in accordance with Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS), and are also available in stainless steel upon request.
The rubber insert is made of black NBR nitrile rubber with a hardness of 80 Shore A.
