Description
Technical Data
The membrane used in standard accumulators is made of butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber (NBR) with a medium-high ACN content, referred to as “standard nitrile” and marked with the letter “P.” The “P” membrane is particularly suitable for use with mineral oils, but also provides excellent results with other fluids. The operating temperature range is between –20 and +80°C.
Description
The membrane consists of two different and separable parts. One is the rubber membrane, whose main characteristic is an original and well-developed process that allows it to be manufactured from a single, uniform piece. The second part is the gas valve assembly, which is mechanically sealed and connected to the membrane. This unique method allows different types of sealing connections to be made on the same membrane.
