Application
Off-line filtration in hydraulic and lubrication oil systems.
Performance Features
Wear Protection: Achieved through filter elements that meet the highest cleanliness classes and dirt holding capacities.
Failure Protection: Continuous filtration in off-line circuits enables excellent cleanliness classes to be achieved. This can result in significantly longer maintenance and oil change intervals, and a reduction in machine failures due to contamination.
Special Design Features
Cover: The cover can be opened without special tools.
Compact: Due to the cover design, the filter element can be replaced with virtually no oil loss. Only piping to the connecting lines is required. The power units ensure minimal noise emission and low energy consumption.
Pressure Relief Valve: The integrated PRV (pressure relief valve) protects against overloading.
Dirt Retention Valve: Ensures that contaminants collected in the filter are removed along with the element. Deposited dirt cannot re-enter the system.
Filter Elements
The flow direction is from the center outwards. The star-shaped pleating of the filter material results in:
- large filter surface areas
- low pressure drop
- high dirt holding capacity
- long service life
Filter Maintenance
Using the clogging indicator allows the correct maintenance time to be determined and ensures optimal utilization of the filter’s service life.
