Maintaining System Performance
Hidraulika Szaküzlet recommends regularly checking the gas pre-charge pressure, as the inevitable pressure loss due to permeability can affect system efficiency (performance) and damage the internal components of the accumulator, such as the membrane, diaphragm, or piston accumulator.
Charging and Testing Units
The charging and testing units we distribute allow hydro-pneumatic accumulators to be pre-charged with dry nitrogen. For this purpose, a charging and testing unit can be connected to a commercially available nitrogen bottle using a flexible filling hose.
Maintenance Personnel Tasks
These units allow maintenance personnel to check the current gas pre-charge pressure. For critical systems, it is advisable to consider using a permanent monitoring block that provides continuous pressure monitoring.
